明年XX市将要出台禁止电单车的法规,这在表面上是有一定的好处,因为这并不能够真的解决XX市长期存在的交通问题.加强执法,让人们提高遵守交通规则的意识和让人们清楚地明白交通规则的重要性才是解决问题的根本,单方面的去禁止人们使用一项交通工具是不负责任的行为,这是在剥夺人们基本的使用自由.
再者,我认为全面禁止XX市市民使用电单车是不理智的,关外的情况和关内的不同,关外的经济状况和交通情况都没有关内优良,在关外更边远的地区,在公共交通不便和自身经济状况下,更多人选择的是电动单车代步.比如去菜市场采购,送货等路程较短的工作,在关外使用公共交通工具是很不方便的.
所以我认为不能在全市范围内禁止使用电单车,至少现在全面禁止关外使用是不适合的.

Forbid using an electric bicycle within whole city range therefore I regard it being unable,forbidding northeast China to be put into use at least at present all round is unsuitable
