本课题通过元素粉末混合烧结的方法,制得Cu-Ni合金多孔材料,对于所制得的Cu-Ni合金多孔材料,对其抗腐蚀性能进行研究.本实验通过多孔材料测试仪,XRD,SEM等分析手段表征Ni-Cu合金多孔材料的结构、形态,失重法为评价体系探讨它们的抗腐蚀性能和稳定性.通过实验酸性,中性,碱性三种不同环境下的腐蚀体系,从而确定Ni-Cu合金多孔材料的最佳适用环境.结果表明:在NaOH溶液体系中,Ni-Cu多孔合金耐腐蚀性能最好.
This topic through the method of mixed sintering of elemental powders, preparation of porous Cu-Ni alloy material, for the Cu-Ni alloy porous materials prepared, conducts the research to its corrosion resistance. This experiment through porous material tester, structure, form, method of porous Ni-Cu alloy material XRD,SEM analysis by electrochemical, weight loss method for evaluation of corrosion resistance and their stability. Through the experiment of acidic, neutral, alkaline three different environment corrosion system, so as to determine the porous Ni-Cu alloy material best suitable environment. The results show that: in the NaOH solution, the porous Ni-Cu alloy corrosion resistance performance of the best.
