3、快件如有遗失,在未购买保险的情况下,若要求赔偿,根据《华沙公约》有关快件运输条 款予以赔偿文件每票不超过20美元,货物每票不超过100美元,但由于战争、海关扣关、自然灾害、罢工等人力不可抗拒的因素除外;\x05\x05\x05\x05\x05\x05\x05

1. The above is the price of our company's prepaid international express. The fuel surcharge, which will apply in accordance with the rate published online, is not included.
2. The transportation of the international express embraces the advantages of the 4 express services providers, DHL, UPS, FEDEX and TNT so as to reach a balance between service and price in consideration of the welfare of the customers.
3. In case an express which is not covered by insurance is lost, the compensation, upon claim, will be made in accordance with the Warsaw Convention, i.e., up to US$ 20 for each express of documentation, up to US$100 for each express of articles. Our company is immune to compensate losses caused by force majeur such as but not limited to war, custom seizure, natual disasters and strike.
4. Surcharge of remote districts delivery is not included in the above price. The rate of the said surcharge will be RMB 3.5 per KG and a minimum charge of RMB 180 per express will apply.
5. In case the article's size exceeds the actual weight, the fee will be charged based on the size weight (?) (calculation: V=L*W*T/5,000)
6. Our company provides door to port and door to door air freight, and bulk-cargo sea freight.
7. As of 1 May 2010, this price enters into effect and any of the previous price becomes invaild.
8. Our company reserves the right to make all and final interpretations to all the terms.
