8 违约责任
甲方未按照本合同第4条约定向乙方支付调研费用 逾期不超过30日地 甲方应继续履行合同 并且应该按照合同金额地25%向乙方支付违约金 逾期超过30日地 乙方
有权解除本合同 甲方仍应按照合同金额地25%向乙方支付违约金
乙方未按照本合同第一条约定进行工作的 乙方需全数退还合同金并按照合同金额地25%向甲方支付违约金
9 争议解决
.协商不成地 任何一方均有权向双方所在地人民法院提起诉讼
10未尽事宜
本合同未尽事宜 由双方协商解决并签订补充协议 补充协议与本合同具有同等效力
