作文有什么语法问题吗?请各位看看.

There will be a meeting at 9:00 Am next Tuesday in meeting room 306 of our university ,which is about environment protection and resource management.About 50 volunteers will be recruited for the meeting to serve the people who will be attended the meeting.All of volunteers must be Postgraduates and CET-6 have to be passed,please contact with XXX@hotmail.com of volunteer council with you E-Mail if you are strongly interested in the meeting.Thank you.

第一句：meeting room 前面应该有个定冠词 the ,或者不用the,不过meeting room 要大写.其次非限制性定语从句which is about ...啰嗦,改为concerning environment .
第二句：serve the people who ...虽然没有语法毛病,但简洁点,serve those who 更好,还有who will be attended 有语法毛病,不用被动,who will attend就行.
第三句毛病就大了,All volunteers must be postgraduagtes and have passed the CET-6.
另起一句,Please contact XXX...
第一句,arrived后加in,writing 前加 was,语法这样没毛病,但是翻译出来就觉得怪怪的.
第二句,I want to apologize to you for forgetting to return the music CD.
第三句,and open luggage多余.
第四句,EMS后面是句号.
第五句,next Monday 前面不应该有介词in,不过有疑问,是不是想写will arrive呀?
