A questioner was seeking advice about her exclusive relationship with a man many years her senior.She stated that she often felt like she is being treated like a child.As I have often told the women that I am related to when they ask me advice,I told the questioner that she should express to her beau how his treatment of her makes her feel,while being supportive of her.
Then I checked in later to add more to my answer to find 3 down votes.
Despite what you say,you aren't effectively combating the abusers.All you have accomplished is deleting the accounts of the radical abusers which was easy.
I think its an issue that has been debated for too long and your stock reply that you aren't considering removing it is irritating as much as the abuse.
I don't understand how your voting system does anything nor awarding points that are mostly meaningless.You claim to want a "community" here yet you cling to a voting system that does much toward dividing the community.
