这两句话为什么一个用关系副词、一个用关系代词?
我知道是因为动词的不同,但是区别是什么?

括号内是定语从句的内容,主谓宾都不缺少,缺少时间状语,所以用关系副词when,因为副词做状语.
I'll never forget the days which【 I spent {.}with the villagers】.
跟上面一样的分析方法,spent后面的{}缺少宾语,所以用关系代词which,因为代词可以做宾语.
