The fact is that people are involved in working.They have no time to enjoy life.What's more,the life pace is very fast,especially in big city.In order to realize dreams,they have to face lots of pressure and challenge.The activity urge them not to give themselves much pressure.According to the investigation,most of the people are in subhealthy.The activity remind them of changing this kind of state.
Why not give them lots of time enjoy their life?Why not spend lots of time in accompanying family?All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy.
