请问这句Lisa’s hair was long.Lisa’s hair nearly touched the floor.(simple sentence) 能不能改成Lisa’s hair nearly touched the floor was long.或者是Lisa’s hair was long,nearly touched the floor.

可以,但是不一定完美.而且外国人也看的懂,但一看便知是非英语国家认些的英文（毕竟不是我们的母语）.
还可以写成：
3）Lisa’s hair was long and nearly touched the floor.
4) Lisa’s hair was long that nearly touched the floor.
5) 等等,可以写很多.
本人发现一个有趣的问题----单选题.有时候国内的卷子答案只有一个,但经过我与外国人求证,发现答案有时候不只一个,但有一个答案是最好的.也就是说生活中英语是很灵活的,出现不正规的现象很多的.因此尽管大胆地尝试着去表达.表达错了也没关系,因为只有这样你才知如何正确表达.
