For combination cargoes on one vessel for more than one buyer at one discharging port,truck scale will apply.
Buyer should apply CIQ at discharging port for size analysis by specified size range:10mm and the unit is measured in percentage.
Seller’s signed final invoice in three originals for balance value of goods based on
the dry weight and manganese (MN) content showing on the inspection certificate of
quality and weight issued by CIQ at discharging port less provisional drawing amount.
Seller will nominate a single deck bulk carrier,geared or gearless or substitute in
Seller’s option in order to effect shipment from Port of to the final
port of Discharge Port,China,subject to suitable shipping space availability in one
vessel.
Cargos to be discharged free of risk and expense to the Sellers and the vessel.All
unloading costs at Port of discharge including use of vessel’s cranes and grabs if
available,rental of pay loaders,shore labour,stevedoring and lightening,are for
Buyer’s account.
A detention claim if any,to be paid by Buyer to Seller at the rate mentioned in Seller’s nomination of performing vessel,per running day,portions of day pro rata in case
vessel being detained as a direct result of default from Buyer/Receivers to receive the cargo,i.e.lack of cargo documentation.
