要
住宅小区规划设计最终是为人提供一个良好的环境,使人们能更好的实现各种个人与社会活动.当前,国内的住宅建设正处在高峰时期,在建设规模和居住标准提高幅度上都是前所未有的.也改变了居民的居住观念.合理的户型平面、宜人的环境、富于个性的外观,这些都在住户的关注范围之内.因此,适应与满足人的需求是住宅区规划的设计的基本要求.
本论文为襄樊市长虹小区规划.长虹小区为于襄樊市长虹路旁,占地面积约15公顷,长虹小区北隔临工人路,南临长虹,地理位置优越,环境优雅.长虹路是襄樊市区内的南北向交通性干道,是襄樊市的发展主轴,近期襄樊市规划局拟对长虹路街景进行整治规划.本论文在襄樊市的大环境下对该小区做了较为细致合理的规划,突出了 “以人为本” 的设计理念.建成后以满足中高收入人群为主.通过对该小区的规划设计,拟建成襄樊市长虹路上具有代表性的现代居住小区.

Abstract
Residential District Planning and Design is ultimately well provide a good environment,so that people can better achieve personal and social activities.At present,the domestic housing construction is at a peak period,the scale of construction and living standard increases are all unprecedented.Has also changed the concept of living of the residents.Reasonable apartment plane,a pleasant environment,and be the appearance of personality,these households are within the scope of the concern.Therefore,to meet people's needs and is planning the design of residential areas of the basic requirements.
This paper for the District of Xiangfan City Changhong planning.Changhong for the District of Xiangfan City Changhong in the street,covers an area of about 15 hectares,Changhong temporary workers at the North District Road,south Changhong and strategic location,elegant environment.Changhong is in Xiangfan City Road area of north-south transport corridors,is the main axis of development in Xiangfan City,Xiangfan City Planning Board recently proposed to Changhong Road streetscape plan for rectification.In this paper,Xiangfan City in the general environment of the area to do a more careful and rational planning,highlighted the "people-oriented" design concept.Upon completion to meet in high-income population-based.Through the district's planning and design,to be built on the Xiangfan City Changhong representative of modern residential quarter.
