本人是大学英语教师,保证答案正确.
1.是虚拟语气的一种,主句有表示“命令、建议”等的动词、名词、形容词的时候,其后如果有that-从句,那么从句的谓语动词用（should）+动词原形.句中commanded就是表示命令的词,后面又有that-从句,所以,从句的谓语动词用（should）+动词原形,should可以省去.【看了你对别人的追问,补充一句,should随时可以省,这个没有影响.大部分时间都是省略的.】
2.这个是定语从句中“关系副词”的应用.
the point是先行词,选择什么样的关系副词要看先行词在从句中的成分.但是这样对于不会分析成分的人来说,很难.所以,教你个简单的方法：一般关系副词都可以被“带介词的关系代词”代替.而关系代词只能做代词.你看下原句,也可以这样说the point "on which / in which"you will stay.或者 the point "which" you will stay in bed all the time “in”.
但是原句已经排除了后者,只能是前者,我猜测你选项中应该没有我引号里的两种情况,所以只能选择关系副词的where.
