Too many Americans watch too much television. Americans probably watch more TV than any other people in the worle. This is not a good thing. Because of TV, Americans are getting too heavy and spend less time with their friends. Be careful when watching TV.
Many American students watch between twenty to sixty hours of TV a week!That ist very bad for their studies. When you watch too much TV, you have less time for exercise, your studies and sleep. Most people that watch a lot of TV eat at the same time. This is very bad because they eat too much and get overweight(too heavy). Watching TV also means less time talking with friends and family. That, also, is not a good thing.
It is better to watch just a little bit of TV a day.Thirty minutes to one hour is enough.If you have free time,it is a good idea to read a book or spend time with your friends and family.Studying is also a good way to spend your free time.
Americans do many good things, but watching too much TV is bad.
