nowdays,we ,high school students.aer faced with some have mental problems.some are suffering from stress.some have high level of anxiety.some
lack enough sleep.no doubt ,those do harm to our heath.but what can we do to mark change?
first of relieve pressure and relax ourselves by doing something interesting,or turning to teachers or parents for help.secondly,it is nessary to take part
in outdoor activities and work out regularly.besides,it's better to have a healthy and balanced diet.
all in all,both school and family shoud create a relaxing and pleasant environment for us.
