morning ladies and gentlemen.First of all,let me ask you a question.Have you
ever had such experiences that the beggars come to beggar you for money on your way home?The beggars might be
disabled men,old people or even little children,they stand in the street,
cold wind blowing and they can’t stop shivering.Will you give them some money?
My answer is no.
I’m here to appeal to you to refuse to give the beggar money.
Because your little help can’t give them substantial help,instead,it will
have bad social influence.
Please say no to the beggars,because many beggars use our
sympathy to cheat us more and more obviously.According to a social research,
more than 80% beggars are professional beggars.They often controlled by a
certain leader and perform a certain type of begging that the leaders ordered
them to do.Then after a long day work they give more than half of their
earning to the leaders and live tighter as a group.So they beg doesn’t because
they have to,on the contrary,this is their job.
Please say no to the beggars,because to beg means to show
people’s poverty helplessness and sickness to the public.They sell their dignity
to give you the chance to give them alms and get the satisfaction easily and
cheaply.But this kind of action shouldn’t be strongly promoted and advocated.
The right and general value of our culture is to respect the self-made man –
the man who has made it through his own efforts.
Please say no to the beggars,maybe some of you will ask me how
about some true beggars who really need help urgently.Yes,we can’t figure out
who really need help.And furthermore,we don’t have the obligation to do so.
What we truly need is the official charitable organization to be responsible
for these affairs.The organization accepts the donations from the public and
also the supervision,ensuring the transparency of the accounts and helping us
to use the raised money to whomever in desperate need.This method can save us
from a lot of unnecessary trouble to distinguish the beggars.
Don’t feel ashamed whenyou refuse to give the beggar money,it doesn’t means you are cold-blood.
Don’t feel guilty whenyou refuse to give the beggar money.Your money can’t help him efficiently.
Please refuse to give
the beggar money with smile on your way home and believe that you make theright choice.

Maybe that beggar is a real cheat,but one who gives would only lose a Nickle.
Yet if Otherwise,that one might lose the LIFE.
Then which one is more important?
