我经常会把那个关系代词写成which.这个怎么有什么区别呢.有时候表示地点的时候,也还是用的是which,那么第一句中为什么就用where了呢..

用关系代词which还是用关系副词where或when要看先行词在句子做什么成分,做主语或宾语的话,就用关系代词which,做时间状语用when,做地点状语用where.
例如你说的,Kunming is a beautiful city where flowers are seen all year round.这里where flowers are seen all year round是定语从句修饰city,从句中主语flowers,谓语are,表语seen,时间状语all year round,这里从句就缺少地点状语,所以用关系副词where.
同理,My dad was born in the year when World War II broke out.这里when World War II broke out是定语从句修饰year,从句中主语World War II,谓语broke out,缺少时间状语,所以用关系副词when.
再举个例子,I still remember the time that/which we spent together.这里 that/which we spent together是定语从句,这里从句中主语we,谓语spent,状语together,缺少的是宾语,所以用关系代词that或which.
