Really glad to hear from you,despite the boring questions you asked.
Of course,I have worries in my life.Everyone does.For me,I am recently worrying about my finals.It is coming close and I have only read about half of those textbooks that I should have read,let alone finishing homework.Yet as difficult as it is for me,I try to calm myself by taking a shower and washing my hair whenever I feel stressed out.It's been very helpful for me.
I imagine you are facing some very difficult situations,but I am sure you can get through.Hope my experience can be of some help for you.
