摘要：生物发酵床（舍）养猪模式已经在国内迅速发展起来，该技术以其有效解决猪排泄物污染问题，降低养猪成本和提高猪肉品质等优势，得到了国家和广大养猪用户的认可。自引进至今，该技术在科研工作者和技术人员的共同努力下从理论体系和实践操作上进一步完善。本文从概念、原理、影响因素、发酵床的制作与管理以及猪的日常管理等六个方面对生物发酵床养猪技术进行了系统论述。
