我英文不是很好，之前配合翻译器大致写过一封E-mail给国外一个电商，意思大致是我买了几十本书，其中有4本出了问题请求退换货，对方已经把换货为我寄出了，在我需要把出了问题的商品寄回去的给他们的时候我发现邮费远远高于商品本身价值（因为很重），因此给他们写了这么一封内容描述的E-mail以寻求他们能够提供更好地处理方式，这是他们的回信。
我看得是是而非，还是不是很明白他们的意思，烦请各位英文大大看到了帮忙翻译下，不需逐字翻译。
