第一个句子中为什么用were,第二个为什么用have,第三个为什么用were

第一句和第三句：用were 是因为这个是“假设” 而且是虚拟的假设,就是说事实完全不是这样的.
第二句：这里的suggest应该是猜测的意思相当于guess,也就是说这句也是虚拟.（但为什么不用had,我提供不了解释）
虚拟语气里面没有单数,表示与事实情况相反的“假设”.至于第二句为什么不用had,我手头没有工具书,知识学久了都忘了,抱歉.
