1. Fitting/Measurements Comments:
The total length is bigger 1cm, should be 73cm.
Please stick to our size spec, do better in bulk.
2. Styling comments:
a) General style:
-Ok
Please note,
The thickness on the placket is not ok, to light, placket should become thicker not stiffer
Please add on upper and under layer from placket, self fabric, on upper layer there is no problem to add a 3rd layer for the under placket: please send us mock up in 2 options
-option a: self fabric between the chambray (self fabric will not be visible)
-option b: self fabric on the reverse side, chambray is only visible on the front side
b) Fabric/Lining/ Rib/ Padding/ Neck tape (Quality + hand feel + washing + color):
-- Body fabric: 220gsm 100% cotton, pique, yarn dyed, ok for colour weight and hand feel.
Supplier had improved fabric stability. →Will be checked next week.
--1*1 rib knitted on collar and cuff: ok
c) Accessories (Zip/ buttons / buckle / elastic…):
-Back yoke label ref.AW12.002: ok
-Patch in white poplin: ok
-Half moon inside and lower placket in blue chambray: ok
-Neck tape and middle in placket with red dotted lines as in swatch: ok
-“Comfort fit” label: ok
Please note, to replace the comfort fit label, should become between the neck tape and the patch and main label, 0.5 cm from the neck tape, the main label with patch should also be replace, 0.5 cm from comfort fit label
-096 button: ok
d) Artwork (print / applications / embroidery / badges…):
-Embroidery on front: ok for the size, placement and quality. The color is sub. → Please recheck
Supplier graduate the placement for artwork: ok
The placement will be 18cm from shoulder point for size S-L.
The placement will be 19cm from shoulder point for size XL-XXL.
Supplier graduate size for artwork: ok
S-L, artwork width should be 2.5cm.
XL-XXL, artwork width should be 3cm.
Please keep the artwork straight and nice.
e) Labeling:
Main label = AW12.002 ok the main label with patch should also be replace, 0.5cm from “comfort fit” label.
Size label = ok size label should become under the main label, not under the patch
Hang tag =
Price tag = ok
Quality hangtag =
Care label = sub, the attached one is ok. Noted
Spare button =
Hanger loops =
3. Workmanship / finishing / other comments:
-please keep the placket straight and in middle.
-please avoid loosing threads
4. Washing test / results:
The washing test is ok
Supplier had improved the fabric stability, within measurement after washing, no twist.
