这两题都是虚拟语气部分的题，我也觉的很奇怪
两题答案都选D，为什么呢~

原因应该是：它们是固定用法,只要你看到would rather 后跟宾语从句,从句的谓语动词就用过去式,还有就是“it's strang that”从句的谓语动词用动词原形或者是should加动词原形.在我们上高中的时候,老师就是这样跟我们讲的,让我们记住这种用法!
