再问： 非常感谢您，我理解也差不多。我是在国外网站开通一个月权限，后来无法取消。 这个CCBILL前后回答不一致。第一段是第一次取消时，他们没说不在数据库，不会再扣款。结果第二月又扣了，就得到第二段的答复。我不知道收到我的什么陈述（不知道您是否清楚）。实在搞不定只有注销招行那张信用卡了。白扣了$14.95。
再答： 这个我也不清楚了，因为我没有在国外或是国内开通需付的权限的经历，不好意思，这个帮不了你了。
