常用电话英语,
在公司接听电话时,一般要先报上自己的姓名与公司名称,
比如：
This is Rita Chang of ABCTrading Company.
（这里是ABC公司的Rita Chang.）
ABCTrading Company.Can I help you?
（ABC贸易公司,我能为你作些什麽吗?）
打电话一方听到这样的话后,要告诉对方自己想找的人：
I''d like to speak to Mr.Brown,please.
（麻烦一下,我想和Brown先生讲话.）
或者对方要求转接分机
Could I have extension 321,please?
（请转接分机321.）
如果想转接某个部门,而非具体某个人时,可以说：

如果想了解对方打来电话的目的,千万不要问：
Why are you calling?（为什麽给我们打这个电话?）
因为这样极其不礼貌.恰当的说法是：

情况一：对方要找的人是你自己
对方：is Daisy there?
回答：Speaking,This is she
情况二：帮别人转电话
对方：Hello, This is Kalo,May I speak to Miss Chen?（喂,我是卡罗,可以请陈小姐听电话吗）
回答：
I'll connect you. （我为你转接)
I'll transfer you. (我给你接过去)
I'll put you through. (我给你接过去)
对方：Is Brandon there ?（Brandon在吗?）

Hole,please（请稍等）
Hold on ,please（请稍等）

情况三：对方要找的人不在或者在忙

回答：
he's not here right now（他现在不在这里）

He's ia a meeting now(他正在开会)
I'm sorry-he hasn't come in yet. (抱歉,他还没有过来. )

若找的人没空

情况四：找的人不在,如果别人可以代接电话

情况九：对方不愿意留言,询问对方电话号码
回答：May I have your phone number? I'll tell Mr. White to call you back when he returns.
