Now,Let's talk about the day meal in our family.
In the breakfast,we always eat something casually.for instance,fried bread sticks,soybean milk,steam stuffed bun etc.It's very simple.As chinese motto said:the simple is best.
At noon,we should eat some to fill out our empty belly.because we are busy whole morning.so,steamed chicken and fried pork steaks often make our good appetite.and those foods have pienty of nutrition.Rice and vegrtable is cannot escape our foodtbale.
The dinner is also easy too,Chinese people don not advert the dinner.
And we usually drink some soup and eat some bun.Even if we only have some congee.
