I don't often feel tired for generally I am a very energetic person.However when I have worked very intensively over multi tasks for the whole day without any breaks in between,I will normally feel very tired after I get home,in fact I would call myself being completed drained at that stage.This tiredness usually comes from hours of constant strain of high level of concentration.It makes sense that I feel tired,when a rubber band has been stretched to the extreme for a long period of time,after it's all of a sudden released it'll be much loosened than before,same applies to human being,after under intensive pressure for a long period of time,anyone would feel snapped easily.
In terms of category of fatigue,I can think of three kinds on top of my mind,one is the above mentioned,a tiredness after strain of the brain,one is a physical relief after long hours of physical labour,that's a signal my body will send to my brain that every single muscle of mine has over worked.I call it the most enjoyable tiredness because after a good night sleep,the fatigue will usually disappear.The last one is the worst kind,the fatigue caused by long time depression,where no hopes can be seen anymore,no future seems worth fighting for any longer,and all physical strengths and mental efforst seem to be gone in vain,I call it desperation.
