(1) having made the investment,I will provide evidence of the investment made (eg.Share certificate,title deeds and other legal documents) of the stipulated investment under the option stated above and in accordance to the proposed business plan submitted to the Contact Singapore);
(2) I will furnish Contact Singapore with the share certificates,title deeds,contractual agreements and /or legal investment documents issued on investment made under the Global investor Programme within six months of obtaining an in-principle approval of permanent residence;
(3) During the 5-year retention period I shall not sell or transfer (or enter into any agreement to sell or transfer) the said shares and/or legal investment documents
(4) Contact Singapore or its appointed Custodian Company will retain these share certificates and/or legal investment documents on my behalf during the five-year retention period which will start from the date of approval of PR;
(5) you may write to the secretary of the company in which I have invested to ensure that the conditions regarding the retention of my investment are duly complied with; and
(6)I agree to keep contact Singapore informed of the status of my project and to submit audited accounts as at the end of the 2nd and 4th year of the retention period.
(7) I will retain the receipt issued for the retention of the documents with contact signapore and will apply to you for release of the share certificates or legal investment documents on expiry of the retention period,and until I do so,Contact Singapore shall be under no obligation to return to me the said deposit,share certificate and /or legal investment documents.
