1、out in the woods and fields 是个省略句,等于 (one can be) out (to play) in the woods and fields,省略的 he can 和 play 都是是上文提到过的.
if one lives in the country 是条件状语从句,out in the woods and fields 带有省略成分的主句.整句话的意思是“如果一个人住在农村,可以走出去到树林里或田野上玩儿”.
2、Even if one lives in a big town,one can usually go to a park to play 和上句的结构类似.意思是“即使住在大城市,一个人通常可以到公园去玩儿”.
