You should da more exercise when you have free time,and you shuold have a rest,stop learning right now and sleep twelve hours a day.And if you feel lonely,you can go to your friends' home and talk with them.Maybe you should eat a blanced diet,remember to eat more vegetables and fouit when you have free time.
The most important thing is that you should talk with your parents about joining the after-shool clubs,do you really need to join those clubs?
So,try to talk to your family,I think it will be better soon,and you will be better soon.
