引导状语从句的从属连词已经表明了从句与主句之间的关系,不能根据汉语的表达习惯再加上一个并列连词.例如：有although,though引导让步状语从句时,就不能在主句前加but；有because引导原因状语从句时,就不能在主句前加so.
表示“虽然”时,根据英语的习惯,在后面不能使用连词 but.
