Glad to hear from you and you are welcome to China in July. Let me tell you some manners.
Firstly, what make people surprised is that you hut and kiss friend you meet. We usually shake hands with friend. Secondly , when praised by others , we are used to saying “It’ over –praised “ to show good manner . thirdly, when receiving a gift from others. We may say “ It’s unnecessary”. On the contrary, it’s politeness to say “Thanks”. Finally, we are fond of talking loudly while having dinner, instead of being quiet.
Different cultures produce different customs. “Do as the Romans when in Rome” you will fall in love with here.
