请问TI2p图像XPS分峰的时候扣除背景值时选那个类型

在菜单里面找到Data Analysis（数据分析）选里面的Peak Analyzer(峰分析),里面的Integrate Peaks(峰积分)应该就可以了.
Integrate Peaks--Includes the Find Peaks features plus the ability to calculate the area under each peak.Additional calculations can be reported such as the FWHM,left and right half widths,and peak centroid.
