Thanks to a new policy launched by our government in 2006, all the students in primary and middle schools are not charged school fees. That is , they can receive an education for free. I think this shows the spirit of compulsory education(义务教育的真谛). It does good to all of us, especially to the rural -area students (students in the countryside) as many of them live in poverty and they can't afford to go to school. Besides, it also shows that the government pay much attention to the growth of us teenagers.
On the other hand, it isn't easy for our country to do so because China has the largest population in the world.Obviously, to feed so many people has been a heavy burden for the country ,needless to say compulsory education.However, the government has overcome many difficulties in order to offer schooling chances for all the children.
As far as I'm concerned , we should be grateful to the government . In addition, all that we can do is study hard and make contributions to our motherland in the future.
