一切在此协议条件下或与此协议有关的通知、请求或者准许文件都应当以英文来书写,并在交货日期提交,如果是专人交货的话.以收到通知或请求的一方用电传或者用快递的方式来确认.如果是用登记和挂号信、或者其他相应的手段,如邮资已付信件提交的话,在邮寄日期之后的五个工作日里,寄到指定的该方地址或者其他情况下以文字方式指定的地址.
