这个句子的中心是is it there?它是在那吗?而where引导的地点状语从句来修饰there,之所以选择where而不是when,是因为下边说i saw it there,我在那看到了它,而不是在那时候看到了它,如果下边说的是i saw it then,我那时候看到它,那就选when.
it is that~是强调句的标志,后边可以跟when where what who how引导的从句
