Q1:Young people prefer to work for a large corporation has such reasons as follows.For large corporation can provide a stable working post for its staff with a relatively high salary,so young people will be interested in it.Besides,in a large corporation,young people is more promising since they can develop their ability through the disciplined by the large company than in small firms.Finally,large company may provide its staff with a better welfare.therefore,a large corporation is surely a good choice for young people.
Q2:"plans are nothing,planning is everything",the words states that plan is just a preparation before a person decides to do sth,so it is a kind of superficial thing which doesn't have much value.However,planning is important.Everything needs planning for with it you will know better about what the next step you should take.Doing business just the same,sales,promotion or cooperation with others needs planning.Only in that case a business can operate well.
