Not only civilization develops,but also is the absolute cost of living on the rise due to more sophisticated inventions.What follows,is the demand on resources have shot up.To achieve the full benefit of teaching,there is just simply not enough material for every student to go around.Since we cannot jeopardize the quality,we have to resort to the tuition fees for education at advanced level.Sometimes it is charged for preparatory articles,but it can also be used solely as admittance threshold to contain the student population.
Human rights,on the other hand,are not to be ignored.We should have an equal chance to go to university because we were born undifferentiated.Having unaffordable charges is direct violation of fairness.It cannot be justified that a teenager is not allowed to be at university other than health reasons.So the introduction of free higher education will result in more people having faith in the government.
Also higher education always improves one’s virtues.With more citizens qualified,the society will no doubt become more harmonious.And to bring about this change,a payment-free policy must be implemented in our current constitution.Just by comparing with the past,we could see that higher education has turned crime into competition,drinking into sweating,strolling into leaping,etc.Hence by removing higher education from the supermarket shelf,a community is able to stand out from the crowd.
Anyhow,before going ahead with the initiative of free higher education,a general consensus among the ordinary must be reached to verify the above points.And also a contingency plan must be drawn beforehand in response to any unforeseen problems.Then free higher education can be carried out cautiously for the reasons mentioned.
