晕晕乎乎看不太懂,看了半天大致明白了是说澳大利亚这个地方的某公司要找simpson和kemp买价值45000美元的货,但是似乎这个公司的能从银行贷款的信用度似乎达不到这么多钱,所以公司想了个方法,让这两个人利用收货60天内才进行澳元美元兑换的这个时间空子,写信给银行,让银行撤销公司信用状,说白了就是希望他们贷款的数额高于45000,所以这个信希望买家信用额度超过信用状的额度,那么卖家是否能告买家违约呢
