这道题的难度主要是对quartile的理解.
Mark原来处于the second-highest salary in the first quartile of the 80 salaries.,意思是：把80人按工资多少排列,平均分成4组,Mark处在最低的那一组的第二高的位置,也就是所有人的第62名（1-20为第一组,以此类推）.
新来了8个低工资员工之后,总人数变成了88,Mark所在的第62位不变,但是这时候62是处于从最低开始数第二组的倒数第五位了（因为每组变成了22人,他现在是第三组的了,这一组是从45-66）.
再问： quartile只是分了4份而已，那个词说明是Mark所在的组是最低的那一个组
再答： the FIRST quartile 是从低往高数的第一个，这是四分位的概念规定的。
