My name is Dale,I usually have sandwich,milk,apple for breakfast.In the morning,milk and sandwich can provide me enough energy for a day's beginning,and fruit is awalys my favorate food.I have noodles or rice with some meal for lunch,because I always feel very hungry at the noon,I like them both.But at dinner,I have more vegetables and porridge,my mother says,a light dinner can make you healthier.
