请教几个美剧里出现的英语句子

（在这里我想请教一下,attaches himself to 这个加个himself是什么作用?himself to 后面为什么又要加个is呢?是不是语法结构有问题了?）

1：首先主语是he 然后向表达和他有联系 ,这就说明是他主导的这种联系.因此就说他把自己和别人联系起来的 ∴ 有attaches himself to
其次 he attaches himself to 是前面anybody的后置定语,句子的主体结构是anybody is gonna end up in prison
2：我个人认为这里的won't和 don't都可以.没必要计较这个~
