为什么觉得是两个人之间的比较呢?
如果是两个人之间的比较,比较级前面也不用加the,
我估计你是不是把of the two last year 理解成了in last two years啊?
这里的of the two 中的two 是two people的省略,这句话意思是这两个人中谁学得比较好,所以是两个人的比较.
知道用比较级了之后,这里of表示了比较的范围,但是这个范围并不明确,那么比较级前面的the表示的就是限定是这两个人做比较.
如果你不加the,那么这句话应该改成Who studied more carefully,A or （这里A和B指两个人的名字）
