Seating preference says a lot about a person’s personalities /characteristics.
In a study analyzing a person's personality based on his/her seating in a theater,Psychologist Donna Dawson reported the correlation between four types of personality and four different seating preferences in the theater.
The first type was those who preferred the seats on the side.In addition to liking more space, most people with this seating preference were observers and tended to be quieter.
The second type was those "front row film fanatics".People with this seating preference were usually extroverted, assertive and competitive.
The third type was those "middle-of-the-roaders.” People who loved to sit in the middle seemed to be flexible and tried to get alone with others.
The last type was those invisible rebels, who loved to sit at the very back.People were always rebellious and liked excitements, but not necessarily seeking in the spotlight.
However, this study also indicated that the rest of the people simply had no strong seating preferences. They seated wherever an empty seat was available.
