In recent several years,more and more people have participated in further education.It was reported by media that the annual increase rate is around 5%,and the present number for Shanghai this year is 50 thousand.I think there are two main reasons for the above phenomenon.First of all,more people are seeking higher education experience.As the society calls for talents with good education background,people come to meet the demand by entering further education courses.Secondly,modern people have requirement for their own personality and quality.Good education can shape a positive self-image,thus cultivate one's sound view of life and life value.Therefore,I think further education really do good to modern people,also it spurs many more people onto greater heights.Education department and government should spare no efforts in encouraging people to receive further education.
