【Abstract】 Objective evaluation of hemoperfusion (HP) treatment of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning respiratory failure efficacy. The method of treatment group (blood perfusion group) 23 cases, 18 cases in the control group. Both groups with severe organophosphate poisoning with respiratory failure, coma in patients with consciousness turned clear time, cholinesterase (CHE) to resume normal time, the dosage of atropine were observed, the intermediate syndrome (IMS) incidence, the cure rate to judge the efficacy of other indicators. Results atropine with less coma patient awake time, cholinesterase recovery time is short, intermediate syndrome is a low incidence, high cure rate. Conclusion hemoperfusion in treatment of respiratory failure compared with conventional treatment of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.
