本论文主要分析和探索高原环境对血常规的影响规律.根据高原建设者们的健康体检数据,首先运用描述性统计分析对高原和平原的匹配数据进行均值、标准差比较；经正态分布检验,数据服从正态分布；进一步对血常规的红细胞计数、血红蛋白、红细胞平均压积体积、平均红细胞血红蛋白含量和平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度五项重要指标进行相关分析、主成分分析和回归分析,总结出高原环境对血常规的主要影响因子是海拔高度及氧饱和度；在高原环境下,红细胞和血红蛋白含量明显增加,而作为贫血分类与血红蛋白相关的指标红细胞平均体积在高海拔环境明显下降、红细胞平均血红蛋白浓度在高海拔下明显升高.分析结果显示高原环境对血常规有明显的影响,针对这些影响,对首次进入高原环境工作的人群提出了一些预防高原反应的建议.
