摘要：汇率是一国经济体系当中的一个关键变量，汇率制度的选择是一个十分关键和敏感的问题。任何一种汇率制度都有其优缺点，因此，汇率制度的选择应该是一个动态的过程，必须根据国内经济形势和国际经济环境的变化而做出调整。我国人民币的汇率改革应该根据“建立健全以市场供求为基础的、有管理的浮动汇率体制，保持人民币汇率在合理、均衡水平上的基本稳定”的汇率改革目标，坚持“主动性、可控性和渐进性”的汇率改革原则 ，根据我国的实际经济情况的需要和世界经济环境的变化，有条不紊地推进我国人民币的汇率机制改革，使人民币汇率机制能够真正地有助于我国金融体制改革和社会主义市场经济的建立。
