经过三十年的改革开放,随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的逐步确立和完善,各种类型的中小企业如雨后的春笋,逐步发展成长.中小企业已成为我国国民经济中重要且活跃的力量,对经济发展起着不可替代的作用.
在当前我国面临经济体制转型和经济结构调整的历史时期,我国中小企业面临的融资难题已经成为制约其发展的最大瓶颈.随着我国金融市场的逐步建立和完善．金融改革不断深入.但是由于多种因素的限制,我国金融业在支持中小企业发展方面存在着许多矛盾和冲突.本文通过对洪洞县中小企业特别是虹通公司的调查从外部环境,金融机构及企业自身三方面分析中小企业融资难的原因,探讨县域中小企业如何拓宽融资渠道,突破资金“瓶颈”.

After three years of reform and opening up,along with our country socialist market economy system,progressively establish and perfect all kinds of small and medium-sized enterprises after the spring rain,gradually development.Small and medium-sized enterprises in China's national economy has become an important and active force of economic development,and plays an irreplaceable role.
In current China economy transition and economic structure adjustment period of history,the sme financing problems facing the development has become the biggest bottleneck.Along with our country's financial market gradually establish and perfect the financial deepening reform.But because of the various factors in China's financial restrictions,support the development of small and medium-sized enterprises exist many contradictions and conflicts.Based on smes,especially the rainbow county's survey from external environment,financial institutions and enterprises from three aspects:the analysis of small and medium-sized enterprises,this paper discusses the financing for small and medium-sized enterprises to the county to broaden the financing channels,the breakthrough funds "bottleneck".
