【摘要】本文首先对我国大多数企业在应收账款上的一些问题做出初步的分析说明了为什么会有如此多的问题产生,这些的问题会严重的影响到我国的市场经济运作,一个企业因为应收账款的管理不善会导致企业的资金周转困难、效率下降、信用减低、虚增经营成果、延长营业周期、严重影响企业形象等问题.最后针对这些问题产生的原因提出了应收账款的管理措施,此措施可以从事前、事中、事后这三个方面有效的预防和控制应收账款的问题产生.

Abstract:This paper first on the majority of Chinese businesses in the accounts receivable of some of the issues on the preliminary analysis explains why we have so many problems,these problems can seriously affect the operation of China's market economy,an enterprise accounts receivable because of poor management of the enterprises will lead to cash flow difficulties,decreased efficiency,reduce credit and inflated operating results,extended business cycle,serious impact on corporate image,and so on.At the end of the causes of these proposed measures for the management of accounts receivable,this measure can do before the matter,after three aspects of effective prevention and control of accounts receivable problems.
