3、我们已经从2月份开始执行double check,并且要求GX每天发送对照表进行比对,确保今后不再发生同样的错误.

Regarding the complaint received from our customer,we are here to apologize sincerely again for the troubles you are going through and the loss our customer beared.
We have solved the problem and the customer also showed his undertanding of our job.
We have found that it was becuase of the lack of working people.Two salemen were dealing with the documents in turn,and the mistake happened when one took over the other's job.
To ensure this will not happen again,we have hired new people,carried out "double check" plan and requested GX to send checking list everyday for us from February.
We believe that everything will be on right track in future.
